Classic Biscuits and Gravy Recipe

Our biscuits and gravy recipe is delicious and classic. I have always loved Southern comfort food and this recipe hits the nail on the head. It is so simple to make and is great for a snack, lunch, or dinner. The other great thing about biscuits and gravy is it is very economical. I serve it up about once a month and it compliments any kind of vegetable really well.

I use the honey garlic sausage in my recipe. You can, however, use any type of sausage you like. For example, Italian or breakfast sausages work really well too.
