Creamy Herb Salmon in 30 Minutes

I came home from out of town the other night and was looking for something fast and easy to cook. Fish came to mind, and I knew that I had some fresh salmon in the fridge. That's when creamy herb salmon came to mind. So I went to work.

First up, I seasoned the salmon on one side with some salt and pepper. Placed it in a hot pan and let it fry, skin side down, for about 2 minutes. Then, I flipped it, seasoned the other side, and let it fry for an additional 1 minute or so.

I removed the salmon and placed it on a plate and began making the cream with butter, garlic, chicken stock, cream, some Parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, and basil. The sauce was brought to a boil and the salmon was placed back in and it simmered for about 2 or 3 minutes. The outcome was out of this world. Of course you can adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
