Easy Tom Yum Soup in 30 Minutes

Tom yum soup is rich, creamy, and delicious. I often refer to it as the soup of soups. We make it up a few times a year, especially when a group of people come over, and everybody simply loves it. get the recipe: http://cooknshare.com/recipe/tom-yum-soup/

There are a few changes you can make to the recipe. First, I picked up a tom yum kit, which included all the ingredients, in the grocery store. You can buy them individually, however. The only thing that might be difficult to find is the Thai chili paste. If you cannot find it, sriracha sauce is always an option.

The ingredients in this recipe can be adjusted according to your liking. In example, if you like the soup spicy, add a bit more chilies or chili paste. On the other hand, if your not a fan of spicy food, add less.

It is best to use large prawns with the heads on. If you are in a location where you cannot find these, purchase whatever is available. It should be mentioned that other proteins such as chicken or beef can be used, as well.
